This underscores our strong commitment to providing opportunity in economically disadvantaged areas,” said Dr. Carmine Bailey, President/CEO of BCS. “We are anticipating significant growth this year and by locating in a HUBZone, close to the University of Alabama in Huntsville and Alabama A&M University, we can offer our clients access to highly skilled resources at competitive rates.”

The Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) program encourages economic development and employment growth in distressed areas. By providing small businesses in urban and rural communities preferential access to federal procurement opportunities, the program promotes growth in areas with proven economic needs. How Can We Help?

Anyone who’s worked on project teams knows that a variety of factors can move a project off-track. It’s not uncommon for some of the work to be harder than originally anticipated or to have turnover on the project that requires you to bring new people up to speed.

Sometimes you discover that activities were simply underestimated or based on bad assumptions. Regardless of how it happens, you need to take corrective action to get the project back on track. It is important, however, to determine the cause of the derailment.
If you look for remedies without knowing the cause, the situation will probably recur. Your second task is to try to make corrections that will get the project back on track. At the beginning of a long project, you have many options to solve your problem. But toward the end, your choices dwindle.

We know this because we have lived it. Across a variety of technical services – – from program definition, through the proposal phase, execution and contract shutdown, our experts have many years of experience. We identify issues and resolve conflicts using established procedures and processes that consistently yield successful results. We focus on the big picture, establishing priorities and coordinating activities and participants to ensure that your projects are delivered accurate, on time, and within budget.
